I agree to be strictly bound by the terms of this Waiver, Risk Management and Compensation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as «this Agreement») as a condition of my participation in any hunting activity organized by «La Pourvoirnière» and conducted by «La Pourvoirnière» and conducted by employees of «La Pourvoirie» and/or «La Pourvoirnière», and with a more in-depth review of «La Pourvoirie», which allows me to do so. I, ______ I further agree to indemnify the employees of «The Outfitter» and «The Outfitter» for all attorneys` fees (based on a lawyer and his own client) or costs that may be incurred to defend a lawsuit or claim I bring against them. I understand that this Agreement applies, whether «the Outfitter» is to blame or not, and that it limits the liability of the employees of «La Pourvoirie» to the same extent as it limits the liability of «La Pourvoirie», although the employees of «La Pourvoirie» are not official parties to this Agreement. I understand that in ensuring the execution of this Agreement by myself, «La Pourvoirie» acts as an agent or trustee on behalf of or for the benefit of the employees of «La Pourvoirie» who are, to that extent, parties or are deemed to be parties to this Agreement. I fully understand the risks and dangers associated with my participation in this hunting activity and accept them AT MY OWN RISK. Essentially, a hunting compensation agreement is a document that is presented to you by your outfitter before the hunt begins and releases them from any liability for various possible conditions and risks arising from your hunt. I recognize that hunting activities involve inherent risks that can cause serious injury and possible death to participants. I further recognize that hunting activities involve ADDITIONAL RISKS AND DANGERS. DISCLAIMER: BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE CAUSE. WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A PROMISE NOT TO SUE THE EMPLOYEES OF «La Pourvoirie» OR «La Pourvoirie» AND A RELEASE AND COMPENSATION FOR ALL CLAIMS.
